Beginning mid-January, Jeff Cotten, a Texas tech scene veteran, will officially join the Tenfold team as chief executive officer. Cotten, who has worked in various leadership roles at Rackspace for 10 years, led as President in 2017. Now he is heading to Austin to lead the rapidly growing customer engagement platform.
